Quotes on new equipment — furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters — are free. For repairs, we diagnose the problem first and give you a firm price before any repair work starts, so you can decide with the full picture.
As a rule of thumb: if the system is under 10 years old and the repair is modest, repair usually wins. Past 12–15 years, or when a repair costs a large share of a new system, replacement often pays for itself in efficiency and reliability. We’ll lay out both options with real numbers and let you choose.
For many homes, yes. Modern cold-climate heat pumps heat efficiently through most of an Ontario winter and double as your air conditioner in summer. Paired with your existing furnace in a hybrid setup, they can cut gas use significantly. We’ll assess your home and current rebate programs before recommending anything.
